Doug Arnett, Broker Owner, has more than 30 years of real estate experience and a long-standing record of leadership within the industry. He has served the local Board of Realtors in numerous roles, including Director, committee chair, Vice President, and President, and was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015. With designations including MRP, CPRES, AHWD, CREN, CLP, and NHCP, Doug offers clients seasoned guidance, strategic insight, and a steady hand throughout every transaction.
Ronnie Jordan, Realtor and Owner, brings a strong background in business leadership, client service, investing, renovating, and short-term rentals. Before real estate, Ronnie spent 20 years in the health care industry, ultimately serving as Vice President of Customer Service Operations. Bilingual in Spanish and deeply connected to the community, Ronnie is passionate about helping buyers and sellers feel informed, supported, and confident from start to close.
